Hello Matt.
Sorry that I can't help you with the ID of this juvenile specimen. The capture is beautiful in slanted framing. Colors and details are pleasing against the silenced background.

Matt......WOAH......amazing..just amazing What camouflage! We were chatting the other day about locust and did you know this year is the predicted 17 year locust invasion? :) wonder if this is one!

Ciao Matt, great macro of strange creature, I never see before, fine details, excellent clarity, splendid light and colors, very well done, my friend, have a good week end, ciao Silvio

Hello Matt,
how did you discover the insect? As it is hardly distinguishable from
its environment. Excellent sharpness, light management and composition.
Best wishes, Peter
