Hello Ulla,
There is no sign of great wind on this beautiful Marbled White picture. With a 1/500 you managed well, not only the sharpness but the white color of the wings too. Beautiful Melanargia larissa which I never have seen until now. The backround is also perfect.

Good heavens, you should publish a manual on how to make macros with a bridge! ... this very close to a result with DSLR! ... Hummmm... I see ... f/5 and a good dose of optical zoom! ... This is a very useful picture for me! Yesterday I took a photo type "tele-macro" with my Canon compact and some of my values match the settings of this photo ... but definitely your result is much better!
Congratulations, is clear that you manage well their cameras (also your G9) and leads to limit the possibilities of this equipment.

During my Bursa trip i also captured this beauty on a thistle too. As you stated in my last post, this is also absolutely stunning macro of this pretty beauty for anyone with a genuine interest in butterflies! A real masterpiece work in all around!
