[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The beautifully neon Common Blue (Polyommatusicarus) found quite commonly in parts of Ireland in grassy areas. Flies April to September and is quite different to the female (I will post a photograph of female soon). The underside is grey/brown with a variety of spots and patterns. Small butterfly - but very beautiful.
