[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Trekkers,

Although the Blusher (Amanita rubescens Pers.) is a very common species, I didn't share any images of it in the last 11 years on TN (you can see the last one here). So, after I photographed this baby specimen yesterday, I thought it's time to include this species into my TN gallery again.

Photo was made in manual exposure mode, with manual ISO and white balance; flash fired. Location: Pigeon Wood, near Castlemartyr village. PP: level adjustment, moderate cropping, selective re-sharpening after re-sizing.

Update: after making a more proper search in my gallery, I recognized my last Blusher image was posted in 2008 (a year later than the one linked above), and can be seen here if interested.

I have always thought thaht some fungi look like bread.
This one is beautiful and well photographed.
