A couple of days ago i was surprised to learn that, contrary to what i thought, flower of caper (Capparis spinosa) is little known.I presumed the contrary because, in a secluded part of my garden, this plant grows spontaneaously -as you can easily understand looking at the "green chaos" surrounding the flower in my photo- and rather numerous.Flower of this plant, very showy, is also its main attraction. In fact its many red-violet stamens are equipped with long and graceful filaments. This isn't the best picture possible from a technical point of view -i would have preferred a better focus on stamens- , but, from this POV and with this composition, i believe it's the most helpful to show you every part of this plant. Its leaves, round to ovate in shape, its thorns at the base of petiole and its flower, with four green sepals and four white to pinkish-white petals. In this image you can also see three flowers not yet blossomed.Flower buds and fruits of this plant have many culinary uses...and personally i like them very much.

Today my translator is "dead", i'm sorry for the possible mistakes.

NB: this is NOT a cultivated plant, please don't remove the photo.

Hi Alessio
Beautiful and unusual flowers, very colorful and excellent sharpness.
Pity the BG could not be softer, the flowers would then stand out more.
I see you already used F2.9 so there is probably not much that you could have done.
