Dear Marcello!
This is your third picture of tiger beetle species and third perfect presentation of my favourite insect group! Fantastic to see the subspecies which is endemic to Sicily (I have to say that it is still absent in my entomological collection, even if I posses some 15% of described taxa). Anyway, I always like to see something new and unusual, but when I see pictures of Cicindelidae which show tiger beetles not observed by me in the wild - I am especially happy! :>:>:>

Dear Marcello,
amazingly well detailed close-up of that very pretty and colourful couple of Cicindela beetles in seemingly passionate loving embrace. These beetles being just as volatile and alert as flies, it even more impressing to see such a closely and well appoached, well detailed presentation of this species. Thank you!
