I don't know what you mean by 'crazy' here, but the picture is absolutely smashing in every respect.
Superb point of view, depth of field, natural colours and overall composition.

What a charming post with this very beautiful jay in a very "interesting pose" ;)
I can see why you call it crazy :))
Actually, i think it was only very hungry, and now here, when it found some food, it was very pleased to get some really fast, before somebody disturbs it :)
The Technical aspects here are great, with excellent focus and lovely, well saturated colors.
The light here wasn't too much but you handeled it well, correctly exposing, and, also thnanks to the excellent 1D MkII, you also managed to freeze the action with the 1/400.
I also like the DOF in this shot, which blurres the BG wonderfully as well as the composition.
Very well done, overall.

hai il sensore sporco forse...macchia sopra il pane a destra..però mi pare strano si veda a f5.6 (non che il mio sia pulito....anzi vedo difficile pulirlo bene)

Hermosa imagen Andrea con detalles muy sutiles del plumaje totalmente visibles.
Me gusta el POV obtenido en conjunto con el encuadre elegido, con excelente foco y OOF posterior.
Los colores son suaves, sin saturación innecesaria.
A pesar del ISO800 esta imagen tiene mucho menos ruido de fondo que la anterior comentada.

Beautiful image Andrea with very subtle details of the plumage completely visible.
I like POV obtained together with the elected framing, with excellent focus and posterior OOF.
The colors are soft, without unnecessary saturation.
In spite of ISO800 this image has much less bottom noise that the previous one commented.

Crazy indeed. Excellent capture with razor sharpness. Love the bits and pieces of food? flyin about and the small piece of checkered blue marking that breaks up the monochrome image.

I love this Jay Andrea

In the UK it is difficult to catch a Jay, but you caught it in full action with great sharpness. I love the Jay's eyes. He is having a good time! Colour and DOF is wonderful.
