This unknown member of Tettigonidae family was taken some hour before a sunset, high (2000 m asl) in the Bjelasica Mts. Clearly, it has enjoyed the last minutes of the day. Some sharpening was added to the picture afterwards.

I don't like these insects very much, but yours looks great! Lovely fresh green skin and interesting pose.

Dear Michal,
a very well conceived pic of one of those Mediterranean Tettigonids that are difficult to determine (Barbitistes? Leptophyes?). Nice portrait!
