Maybe this is a Steppe Eagle? However the beak doesn't look like a beak from an eagle as it isn't hooked...
Any help would be greatly appreciated...:-)

A bird of prey or raptor is a bird that hunts for food primarily using its talons. They display a characteristic curved tip to their beak and have superb vision.
Diurnal birds of prey belong to the orders Accipitriformes and Falconiformes in several groups including:
Pandionidae: Osprey
Accipitridae: hawks, eagles, buzzards, kites and Old World vultures
Sagittariidae: Secretary Bird
Falconidae: falcons

great expression on the bird nice pose with the wing extended good focus

Hi Annick,
This pose is just like superman reaching to the sky. Perfect timing and crisp clear image. Excellent composition and colors are vivid. Very well done and tfs this fine image.

Hi Annick,
This pose catched reembles to me the one used by Superman, it seems like flying with one wing extended at front (with the fist closed), and the other one backwards to balance the flight.
Very good the exposure settings and great timing to catch it.
I like also the composition made.
Congratulations and thanks for share it.
my best regards,

Hola Annick
Menudo ojo y pico que tiene esta įguila, buena captura la tuya.
Un saludo

Hi Annick
I agree it looks like superman. I know that is dificult to take the foto of a bird in flight.

Hi Annick,

You caught this bird in such a wonderful pose. I laughed about him looking like Superman. He seems to be looking at his outstretched wing. Nice details - I'll send you some blue skies :-)

Looks like this guy went out of his way to make sure you got his good side! ;) Excellent shot, well taken.

Hello Annick

It looks like this bird is saluting someone as it flies by.The POV is very good, with very good details.Nicely composed in the frame.TFS

Hi Annick,
Good sharp photo of this bird and I like the diagonal pose in the frame. I have no idea what it is but suspect a juvenile Eagle of sorts.

Hello Annick , you're right , the beak is very strange like a raven beak , i think this raptor is not a Western Palearctic bird , maybe an Oriental or from New World , good photo , good POV and eye contact , TFS .

Hi Annick. Good control of the technicals to get this bird sharp and framed. Stands out with that outstretched wing...almost like superman taking off. Good eye detail. Best, Brat.

Magnifique prise de vue on voit tellement bien son oeil.

Hi Annick,
So dynamic moment!
Interesting and good compo!
Well done,
