Photo is taken in a zoo called Artis. Artis is a zoo in the centre of Amsterdam. The link gives you info about their collection, however I didn't found the ID of the bird I photographed.
Could it be a young Golden Eagle...??

The Tawny Eagle, (Aquila rapax), is a large bird of prey. It is about 62-72 cm in length and has a wingspan of 165-185cm. Like all eagles, it belongs to the family Accipitridae. It was once considered to be closely related to the migratory Steppe Eagle, Aquila nipalensis, and the two forms have previously been treated as conspecific.

I think you're right about breed, the young tend to be darker than the adults, in facy blacker.
The quality of this shot is truly pro work.

Een schitterende foto. Perfecte achtergrond. Alleen heb ik het idee dat er een groene zweem aan de linkerzijde van de vogel te zien is. De workshop van Joey geet de vogel warmere kleuren. This bird is so majestic ! I love his proud pose and his sharp look. Excellent details, wonderful composition and POV, beautiful blurred BG... As for the colors, they look great but on some parts there is a green in the bird's feathers, its a bit disturbing for me... But it remains a fantastic picture of a gorgeous bird. Very well done !

Great portrait:PERFECT
It is surely not a Golden Eagle, they never show this skiny facial mask (betwen the cere an the eye). Also it looks as if this raptor has a kind of crest. To me it looks like a juvenile Bateleur. This species is easy to identify if you look at the extremely short tail
