Bonjour Jean Michel,
Contente de revoir une de tes images. Et quel acrobate tu nous présentes qui en plus jongle avec des gottes d'eau. Image très charmante, bien cadrée. Il serait intéressant de savoir de quelle chenille il s'agit, malheureusement je ne peux aider.

It is very kind of you to write your critique on my bug picture I posted just now.
This Caterpillar in your picture is not only extremely well captured but is also somewhat funny in its posture. What with water drops hanging on its body, it seems to have lost its grip on the leaf and is momentarily half suspended into the void.
Very sharp, crisp and colourful image. I like the water drops particularly well in this frame.

An excellent macro of a Sawfly caterpillar (Nematus salicis), the Willow Sawfly.
This is sharp and well composed showing the larva in a typical sawfly pose.
The droplets of water add a fine effect.

This is the first time I've seen a wet caterpillar! :-) It looks really great and in a fine pose too! Excellent focus and sharp details. Fine natural colours too. They do gobble up a leaf in no time at all!
