Hi Laurens. This is a Beetle i have never seen so thanks for posting on TN. I has some unusual markings on the shell which you have captured well from your POV. With good detail and natural looking colours. Well done TFS.

Hi Laurens !

Een nieuwe vangst mooie en goed gespeeld.
Ik hou van heel veel kleuren en het contrast zijn.

Hi Laurens,
A nice capture of this beautiful tiger beetle. Superb sharp details and a lovely composition. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Hi Lou,
A perfect capture of this Tiger Beetle.
I know Radomir (Cicindela) will love this one.
He is the Tiger Beetle expert here ;)
Excellent work on this one.

Hello Lou!
You are right, I overlooked this picture (not only this one - the reason: my 4 weeks trip to Morocco :>). I always like to watch these beetles, both in the wild and on the photos :)
If you agree I would like to add this image to two themes "Cicindelidae of Europe" and "Cicindelidae of the world" :)
Nice capture with good details and sharpness :)
Only one thing to add, this is nominative subspecies Cicindela hybrida hybrida :>

great close up, TFS Ori

very good shot!
firstly because I love Cicindela specie, but even because it's very well realized: great sharpness, color and light!
compliments !
