En voilà une que j'aime beaucoup. C'est très bien composé, en montrant la richesse du plumage, sans doute sous son meilleur angle. Avant et arrière-plan aquatiques très en harmonie, encadrant cette belle cane avec naturel. Vraiment bien!

Beautiful and interesting image, the picture speaks for itself. Great composition with the birds + their reflections on the water, great sharpness (at least I'm satisfied with it), nice natural colors. Quite masterful job in my eyes. Congrats and tfs.

Dit onderwerp, fuut met jongen op de rug, is een van mijn meest succesvolle foto's hier op TN. Ook jij hebt dit goed weergegeven met een prima diepte in de foto. Goede scherpte en mooie natuurlijke kleuren.

Wow Josien, but this is a beauty, pity I cannot see the rest of its body to appreciate it in full, but then on the other hand the reflection in the water, and the little one taking a hitch makes up double for that. The markings and colours on both the birds feathers are really striking, further to that its very sharp beak is eye-catching and cannot be missed. Wonderful detail captured here, and indeed a pleasure to see. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

excellent view in superb sharpness. I like the stripes of the baby on the mother.
The colour contrast is very effective. The stream of ripple gives a good graphical composition.
