Great spotted woodpecker feeding

[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Yesterday I discovered a woodpeckers nest. Early in the morning I settled in front of the tree and waited for three hours in my hide. The lightconditions were not very good but I managed to get some pretty shots. On the photo you see the male feeding the young. |

Hello Zeno,
A well-timed capture of a male great Spotted Woodpecker feeding its young. The sharpness and natural colours are excellent. One wonders what the food is here!
Thanks and best regards,
Ivan
