[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This picture is taken in the middle of a two week snow period in october. It is not unusual to have snow at this time of year, but the snowfall lasted very long and was ended by a week of -20 degrees C. That is also unusual this early in winter.
I thought that the look of this snow cloud was very special as it enclosed the moutain of Istind (Ice peak). It was a natural framing for a beautiful mountain :)

Hello Torbjorn,
I agree with you about this natural framing. This is very beautiful. Good natural contrast with excellent POV and composition. This is strange how the weather could be so changing these times... Unfortunately, there is really something going wrong with it :( TFS,
Claudine
Hello Torbjørn,
Beautiful and picturesque setting!
Atmosphere is well captured, the blueish light colours the landscape...
Well composed image, and the light on the snow clad mountains enhances the beauty!

Hi Torbjorn,
This is a very beautiful site. Looks like the bad weather is going around the highest mountain.
Beautiful colours and framing.

Hello Torbjorn,
Splendid view, excellent capture. You can feel the cool crisp air.
TFS.

Hi Torbjorn,
That is kinda interesting, to have a natural framing of trees and clouds for a mountian. It really puts the focus on the stunning mountian. The whole photo screams coldness. Colors and light are perfect. I just feel a crop from the top would help.
TFS,
Niek
