[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In May the hillsides on the northern bank of Drammenselva were covered in large patches of these delightful wild anemones, as well as other varieties of Anemone. I hadn't seen these in the wild in the UK, and it was a delight to come across them in Norway.

Hallo Amelia and a very warm welcome to the site. I trust you to have a great time and that you will share photographs but also contribute by ways of critiquing other member's photos.

If you plan to stay on the site, you will learn to know me and my absolute craziness about the colour purple, and that is why I could not resist stopping by your 1st posting. The field of purple beauties are really very eye-catching and I can only imagine how many photographic opportunities there could be in a field filled not only with these lovely flowers but also with insects and all other creeping creatures.

I enjoyed your image, and especially the one flower in the centre is beautifully seen. The petals as well as the anthers are seen with great clarity. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Hello Amelia,
A warm welcome to TN!
You make a fine start with the capture of these Blue Hepatica flowers, the blue colour often being hard to get right when photographing these flowers.
The ough the BG is a bit busy, the lighting shows them up well in a nautral composition.
Thanks and kind regards,
