[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A crack in the ice, filled with snow. It just facinates me in a way that I had to shoot it. This iced water is a small lake close to where I live. The ice on this water was 15-20 cm clear blue ice. I could actually see through it, and down to the bottom om the water. When the water level sinks, loud bangs can be heard in the ice, and cracks like this appear. Its a lot of wind up here in this area of norway, and little og no snow. Here small amounts og snow have falled on this ice while the wind transports it into the cracks creating this interesting phenomena.
