Boa noite Jose,
Fantastic timing in this photo. The perfect in flight pose in splendid light and beautiful bright colours. Excellent sharpness and diagonal composition. For me the background is a bit too prominent.

Peter

Que gran captura en esta fotografía de gran personalidad, has congelado a este Merops de una manera que uno puede estudiar la disposición de las plumas de sus alas con gran facilidad. Felicitaciones!!!

A very timely capture of the Bee Eater flying overhead, Jose.
I like the rich saturated colours and that includes the sky.
Thanks and regards.

Wow! I love photos that show these birds opening all their feathers. The beautiful symmetry and the detail as such a nice appeal. Well done on this freeze frame capture.

Hello José

WOW ! I have missed this great photo of the
European Bee-eater in-flight, you shot the photo
(or chose the image from the continuous shooting)
at the bird's best flight pose with the wings
and tail wide open with the warm color tones
giving dynamism to the photo, TFS
