Foz do Arelho is a village and parish Portuguese in the municipality of Caldas da Rainha , with 9.95 km ² and 1,223 inhabitants (2001). Density: 122.9 inhabitants /km
It is known as a holiday destination for summer , since it has beaches not only facing the Atlantic Ocean , but also on the edge of the Obidos Lagoon.
It was raised in the village June 12, 2009.
