Bruno, The shot seems technically OK but there is too much in the shot. IMO the butterflies should be the focus of the shot and should be much larger. If there is resolution enough I would suggest crop away a lot of the surroundings.

A nice capture of these butterflies.
Good sharp detail of both butterflies and the plant, great DoF.
A tighter crop may be better but its nice to see them in a larger enviroment too.
I'd like to see a note on what species of butterfly this is,I'm unsure but someone on here will know.
A good shot,well done.

It's nice to see you here too, Bruno.
First nice first posting. Although some might want to see the butterlies really close up, I quite enjoy seeing them in the natural habitat.
Very sharp image, and good composition. Well done.

Welcome to TN. This is a nice shot showing the b/flies. The details are sharp and the natural environment pleasing. I do not think you need a tight crop, but some cropping would improve the essence (b/flies) of the composition. Thanx for sharing.
Welcome on TN Bruno, nice first shot of the butterflies here, but as mentiont before ther is too much in the picture. made Ws to show you what potential this pic has

Hm...how could i have missed to tell you about this new site...I'll have to ask Adam to forgive me ;) It is good to see you here Bruno, good to see you back.
Butterflies...they are just so darn difficult to shoot...they fly away as soon as you get close ;) You did great i think. The light is very good as is your composition. The cropping suggestions are good i think. Sometimes, it simply has to be dine i pp, cause they just fly around so much ;)

Bienvenido a TN Bruno.
Bonitos colores, buena nitidez sobre los insectos.
El encuadre es demasiado amplio... conociendo las bondades de la Sony V1 sé que puedes lograr un mejor primer plano de la escena.
Buen resultado general de todas formas.
Welcome to TN Bruno.
Pretty colors, good clearness on the insects.
The frame is too ample... knowing kindness Sony V1 I know that you can obtain a better first plane of the scene.
Good general result of all forms.

Catching butterflies in their natural environment is not easy. You may spend hours before getting the right shot. You did very well with these two, but they should have been more isolated to take advantage of the beautiful details. I don't remember who said something like "if the photo is not good, it's because you are not close enough". Good attempt anyway, because your background is good (non distractive), the right DOF gives you sharpness spot on, and exposure is right.

Excellent clarity and good exposure of the scene. The bits of color from the flowers works well to liven up the greenery without being distracting to the image as a whole
an another WS for the cricket
and for this good photo but i use again the panorama size
