The simple background of the sky really brings out the beauty of this butterfly daintily perched on the stem. Excellent focus and exposure on the butterfly. Gorgeous colors and POV.

Incredible! I love the light on this butterfly. The blue sky background, is non-distracting, the image is sharp all the way through. One of the best butterfly images I've seen on Trek Nature. Great job.

A marvellous image very bright and clear with intricate detail on the specimen. We also have plenty of space against that awesome blue sky which sets the subject off well.

Hi Eddie, You got an amazing edge to edge clarity on this Swallowtail. That too with a f5.0 aperture. I am not sure what the focal length was, must be nearing 200mm. Good work Eddie.

Beautiful image where the subject contrasts with the blue BG in the most pleasing way. Colours really pop. Sharpness and detail are evident.

Following the initial "Wow", my reaction was that you you have cloned out the blurred shaft in the bottom. But quickly I realized that it would have been a mistake. The blurred shaft gives your composition an interesting V shape, which adds depth and interest to the image. Well done, Eduard.
