This is typical image of happening in Nadiza valley. Nadiza is like Soca, second mountine river in Kobarid region. Cleare and cold. This is not typical butterfly . If someone know ID , welcome.
Sabine (wishnugaruda ) told me ID , it is Syntomis phegea

thank you Sabine

Hi Marjan,
I posted a picture of similar looking moth a while ago. This one may be from Arctiidae family (Tiger moths). Colors are vivid and well exposed picture. Very well done.

Hi Marjan,
Nice composition, two nice subjects, the flower and insect. The photo isn't to sharp but your DOF and colours are nice.
regards
Matt.

Hi Marjan,
that's a wonderful shot, I like this insect so much but never had the chance to make a shot.
I saw several of them in Italy, but always flying. I also don't know the name, sorry.
Bye and greetings
Sabine - wishnugaruda

Now I know the ID: It's Syntomis phegea.

A fascinating insect Marjan! A tiny bit dark but otherwise a great image.
