This is the closest view in TN's mantis gallery. We have here very good details, with a quite good DOF regarding the super macro conditions. First shot with eyes facets really visible. Good color and exposure. I share Willie's views about a descriptive note. Very good macro.

Hola Paco: Definitivamente has captado de una manera única el encanto de la mirada de las mantis; en lo personal, creo que la cara de la mantis (por el color, brillo y características de sus ojos) es algo difícil de fotografiar y tú lo has hecho de manera excelente en este super retrato. Estos detalles de la boca son super, he tenido la oportunidad de acariar y ver muy de cerca a las mantis pero mis ojos no han podido captar tantos detalles fascinantes como estos que tú nos muestras en esta imagen. Muito boa macro! Detalhes impressionantes! Boa foto, só acho que você poderia aproveitar mais o que é permitido, ou seja: 800 pixels em um dos lados e arquivo (file) até 200 Kbs. Isso daria uma visão melhor de suas fotos!

Excellent marco Paco!
