Bella flores Maite captadas con intensos colores y apropiado foco sobre las mismas.
El punto de vista y el encuadre algo centrado no son los ideal tal vez para retratar a estos ejemplar, siempre desconociendo las condiciones de la captura.
Me encanta el detalles de las monstruosas espinas desenfocadas brindando una idea de la conformación de esta especie.

It's some wolf's-milk (Euphorbia).They have whites milk and it is poisonous.
I like your nice POV and good managed DOF. Nice are blurry barbed like background.Beautiful colours and really very nice composition.

beautiful velevet surface and fine details on red petals in pleasantly soft light, in excellent contrast to the very spiny grey parts in the back. Pretty composition, and a very nice presentation of that desert plant from Madagaskar in blossom, with very well visible flowers, leaves, and thorns.

Esta planta aqui no Brazil é conhecida como coroa de cristo e muito utilizada como cerca viva.
parece-me se não estou enganado ela ser muito tóxica.

this is an interesting photo of this very thorny looking plant with those nice red blooms,I sure would not to trip and fall on these.The colour is mellow and the way the leaves are coloured in two tone is nice.The flowers are nice and soft in contrast to the thorns and the composition is good.Tfs. Dear Maite!
This time I decided to look at for pictures from the past and because of the unique flowers today comment to this one :)
Shape and colours of these flowers are very nice for my eyes. I like also a composition of the photo. On the other hand I would suggest to use sharpness a little more :)
Anyway, very interesting presentation of plant which was not known for me before :)
