I have seen these Geese for the first time on TN, Ivan.
You have captured this flock in a very natural environment.
They look at ease on the ground.
The plumage details on the two facing the camera are sharp and clear.

Thanks for sharing with us this flock of Brent Goose. Nice focus keeping the two in the foreground in good details. Interesting that I do shoot many birds from inside the car too. Maybe cars are much less imposing than human, I suppose.

Of course Öland was one of the stopping points described in "The Wonderful Adventures of Nils". Was it mentioned what species of geese he rode?.... :-) I think the illustrations suggested Canada Geese...

Hi Ivan,
Even through car window, a very impressive and clear capture about a species I've never seen, because in Hungary it's a rare wagrant only. Beautiful composition and colors. And a decent note. It was good to see someone's able to write a note from his own head, not from copying a wikipedia article. When will you return to make your 900th upload? :-)
