Hello Emma,
I like so much the result of your tests with the grad filter.
This is almost a two tone picture, in a great moment to shot the camera.
Perhaps it could be a little under exposed, but I think the important here was the low sun's position and the way it affects the surroundings.
The silhouettes on the background are pretty well defined, and I like a lot also the reflections on the water.
Very good composition and frame used.

This is an extraordinary sunset. The red, orange and yellow colors are fantastic.Well composed aswell. We've had some extremely windy weather in NL aswell last Thursday.

A beautiful scenery well framed!
I like the silhouetted trees on the firey sky, but please don't expect this to be the ordinary sunset on New Year's Eve in Scandinavia... You were lucky!
The reflection works well as a compositional element!

The sky here is stunnig and the mood of the shot is fantastic.

Hi Emma,
These colors are really intens. It is hard to believe that a sky can actually look like this, but I know that what you capture is real. I love the little layers of colors in the sky and the way they are positioned in the opposite diagonal of the line between the top of the trees.

I think I need to start investing in a hard edge ND filter and a reverse ND filter. The results are much better to see.
