It's not the Gobi or the Sahara, it's just a wonderful and lonely valley in the Kanton of Wallis called Törbeltälli. As I already have said earlier, it's a magical spot and the automnal light let it shine in these spacial and surprising colors.
In a way, I should not call it "Desert", but rather "Dessert", because that view on that day really was the cherry on my piece of cake.
Although the nature is very harsh there, it's full of life and the flora as well as the wildlife are very rich.

Vision étonnante que ce désert du Toerbeltälli. J'aime beaucoup la division en trois plans de ton image. Encore ici, sur mon écran, une image un peu trop claire, mon oeil va rectifier!
Couleurs douces et subtiles. Presque comme un palais qu'un artiste aurait en main. La représentation très apaisante.

Your eyes in differetiating the tones is wonderful.
You ability to depict and isolate the beauty into meaningful subject is excellent.
