zur Zeit sehr beliebt - Insekten im Regen ;-) Haha! Was bleibt uns, die Schweiz hat es ja auch ziemlich mit dem Hochwasser erwischt, das Wetter spielt verrückt.
Deine Fliege ist sehr gut getroffen, zusammen mit den glitzernden Tropfen ein tolles Arrangement, Danke und Gruß

superbe macro à l'heure de pluie, cela permet au moins d'avoir une lumière diffuse et un côté frais supplémentaire avec ces gouttes. Superbes détails.

Guten Morgen Anne,
nach dem südtiroler Überfluss habe ich - wieder zurück zu Hause - in den letzten Tagen und auch schon heute Morgen Fliegen in allen Größen fotogafiert. Das ist nicht immer leicht, wenn man die Charakteristika und vielen Details dieser Insekten gut darstellen möchte. Auf deinem Bild sind Augen, Fühler, Beine und Körperborsten sowie die daran heftenden Minitropfen gut zu sehen. Aufgrund der vermutlich schlechten Lichtbedingungen hattest du sicher nicht die Wahl eine noch kleinere Blende zu verwenden, um den Tiefenschärfenbereich zu vergrößern. Nichtsdestoweniger, liegt der Fokus genau richtig, so dass neben der Fliege auch die sie berührenden Wassertropfen scharf abgebildet sind.

A simple but appealing picture of a fly sitting on a blade of grass with water drops on it, Anne.
Very sharp but slightly darker image. However, it gives a very attractive tone to the water drops.

Hello Anne,
This is a pretty good macro of a fly considering the poor light. the front part of the fly is razor sharp, sharp enough for me to doubt that this is S. carnaria: the eyes are too close together.
I think this is Polietes lardarius (Muscidae). As it is a Muscid you chose a suitable title. It is pretty common and lays its eggs on dungheaps where its larvae feed on other larvae.
Nice composition too!

C'est peut-être "just a fly" mais qu'elle belle mouche! L'exposition, la profondeur de champs et les détails sont superbes. J'aime bien ces petites gouttes d'eau qui ajoutent un plus à cette belle composition. Bravo!

Hallo,
was für ein schöner schwarzer Brummer. Die Wassertropfen spiegeln interesant einige Linien wieder. Diese Fliegen sehen im Makro toll aus, wenn sie einen nur nicht so auf der Haut ärgern würden.

Hello Anne,
Maybe not very colourful, and maybe for very impressive because of its biology and character, but still beauty fly. And in my opinion it is not "just a fly" but a wet fly ;> (just jocking ;>). Very nice DOF (lovely drops of water), interesting POV.
