Hi Markus. I love the detail in the sun rays from behind the dark clouds. with the flat green grass leading up to the mountains. the dark FG gives a unusual Picture. I sould love to see this in day light as well TFS.

Markus, tu vis au paradis. J'adore cette photo en clair-obscur, le très sombre des boisés est mystérieux et magnifique. La clairière est doucement éclairée, c'est tout à fait magique grâce aux rayons du soleil qui transpercent les nuages. Quel beau moment et quel paysage tu vis. On croirait un tableau miniature. Merci!

Beautiful sky, I personally prefer a lighter ground with more details.
Trough the sun photograph are the ground to dark.

Composition are very good.

Hi Markus,
James said 'sublime'...i would like to add 'Elemental'. It is almost as if some higher force from above is coming down through the clouds...which i guess it is in a way! I like the dark ground, i don't think this would be half as effective if it were lighter.

Time can cheat us sometimes. I can't believe I'm a member of TN only 5 months ago, so many good things happened to me here. It feels like years already.
So for the picture. Your view is just like Heaven :)
This very selective lighting on the land is very unique I think, but even with the rays shown so well, it is even more. Very peaceful shot. Another shot I have to add in favs theme... TFS!

Hi Markus,
A very striking image and the sprayed sun rays look fantastic. Great illumination on that small patch of green field and the dark clouds have darkened the area in an ominous way. Very neat and sharp image with fine DOF. Excellent POV and composition. Kudos.

Yes, the sense of dejavu can sometimes be overwhelming.This is another of your wonderful captures where nature is at its brilliant best on display.I love the play of light and shades.Superb DoF and it look like a floodlit area out there in the middle.Such is the wonders of nature that the humble human can only bow and appreciate its true beauty through these little ways.Mark, this was your chance and you took it wonderfully making a superb composition and deciding to share it with your friends....Thank you and cheers.

Hi markus,
You're probably will be reading this after your return from your vacation to Slovenia. I do hope that you will like this country as much as I do.
The mood in this photo is enormous. The break of the sun through the clouds and they way it iluminated a small part of the countryside is something I am still waiting to capture. Its a kind of photo that gives the meaning of light to the fullest.
