Bonjour Anne,

Mariki

Hi Anne, not easy to found this fly mating! Excellent scoop and great realisation,my best compliments, have a nice day,Luciano

The Creator had some unusual notions when designing some things in nature..and when one thinks about it, the way humans go about various things...is also odd...but the end results in humans retains the capabilities of learning and then comes down to the chosen art which you do so well.

Hello Anne,
Excellent macro of these two flies having chosen a rather precarious place for their pairing!! Great sharpness, natural colours and a very fine composition.
TFS and best wishes, Ulla

Salut Anne,
Excellent close macro of a pair of these Conopid flies, S. ferrugineus in copulo. Excellent sharpness and DOF with fine use of the ambient light. Great POV and composition on the edge of a leaf. All in all a very good portrait of the species.
Merci,
Bonne soirée,
Ivan

Dieter

PERFECT LIGHTING.
Greetings,

Hello Anne!
Picture is not perfect and has some noises (I strongly recommend you to use NeatImage for reducing them :>), but I like a lot the objects! I do not remember but I think that this is first time I see this species. And the moment is perfect too :)
Very strange creatures with interesting life-cycle.
TFS and have a nice weekend!
Friendly yours,
Radomir
