Hello Anne, the shallow DOF means that part of the wings are rather soft but the important areas around the head and antennae are sharp and clear as is the flower.It`s a lovely shot.
We are hoping for a renaissance of this pretty Butterfly here.

What a splendid image with exceptional details and outstanding sharpness.
Absolutely amazing vivid colors and nice composition. The light and exposure are great.
It is a lovely little species of butterflies. The flower is also lovely with such superb pink colors.

Hallo Anne,
nettes Bild von diesem Schmetterling mit gutem Focus auf das vordere Drittel des Schmetterlings und die Blume. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn der hintere Teil auch noch scharf gewesen wäre, aber eine deutlich höhere Blendenzahl war wohl nicht drin und ich vermute Mal, dass der Schmetterling auch keinen besseren POV zugelassen hat. Mir gefallen an diesem Bild vor allem die herrlichen Farben.
