Le sphinx-colibri enroule sa trompe pendant le vol, ce n'est qu'au dernier moment qu'il la déroule pour butiner.

Les pattes du Sphinx-colibri sont frêles et incapables de le porter, au repos elles permettent au Sphinx de s'agripper au support, en vol elles sont plaquées contre le corps.

Salut Roland.Quelle image! Sans doutes un parmi les plus difficils insects a capturer,si nerveu et toujours en mouvement,j'ai essaye' plusieures fois de faire une image comme la tienne mais sans un bon resultat.La perspective aussi est tres originale,details impressionants et exposition parfaicte.Bon WE et merci,Luciano

superbe capture et excellent action shot, tu as peut être utilisé un tripod car l'image est d'une netteté. Mais vu la vitesse 640, j'en doute.
Belle luminosité et couleurs, le cadrage est parfait.
