Alexei,
I was just walking with my camera into the garden. It is superb spring weather here and the blossoms and insects are celebrating. While I was walking I couldn't get your butterfly image out my mind as I found this a really superb one.
In the same category: this image!
Excellent light and sharpness. The latter really overall which is so great. It is muuuch better than the sparrow I posted a few days ago.
So congrats to Ukraine!!!

Superb shot of the fluffy Sparrow, very nice POV and I love the pose with the Sparrow really starring at you, I think birds look quite funny as they all look in a bad mood from this angle, excellent detail as I feel I could touch the screen and feel the softness of the feathers, very nice colours and lighting too.

This is an original way to present us this little fellow Alexei, I like your approach here with this allegory to THE BOSS :) I'm glad that since 2 years, I could become my own boss. It is not always easy and I have to work very hard to makes things work but this peace of mind is now priceless for me... This is a perfect picture of this fellow that I see here too. This POV, details, tones of colors and DOF are great! I like its pose a lot and this look he is giving you. This blurred BG is much appropriated and fits the bird's colors too. It's like it was done on purpose Alexei :) The details on its breast feather are very amazing. I really enjoy this photo, looks like the little bird has discovered you behind the lense and gives you this curious look. The sharpness is very good and there is so much detail to discoverd like the yellow around its beak.

This is a very beautiful shot from you and nice to see you have such nice subject this year, too :)
Fortunately for me, since this last winter was very mild, a lot of insect have already appeared and started roaming the lovely habitats around my town. Just recently i've noticed 6 different species of dragonflies and damselflies in the thermal pond were i often go :)
Anyway, returning to your post, this is a lovely capture and the title just works 100%.
The sharpness on the plumage is exceptional and the colors are charming, warmed up by the nice sunlight.
Very good DOF and POV here, resulting is a pleasant comosition.

Alexei, This almost looks like a painting in monotone. The mastery in DOF is demonstrated by the OOF twigs in the fore, as well as background, while keeping the bird sharp from beak to tail.

The colours have come out natural. Composition and POV perfect with the Feathery brother giving you the perfect pose.
