Very fine presentation of a Cabbage White on what looks like some kind of artichoke flower.
This had excellent sharpness and pleasing bokeh BG and together with the flower, set in a fine composition.

Another splendid macro work from you!
The colors in this one are really magnificent and vivid, showing this lovely natural contrast between the butterfly and the flower.
The details are amazing and the close-up level in the WS photo is terrific.
The DOF is also great here, keeping all the elements in good focus, but also blurring the BG very nicely.
I must say this photo is a lot better than the previous one you posted, because teh details and and elements of the butterfy are much better visible.
All-in-all superb work, my friend!

Hi Alex,

Nice punchy image here, the butterfly is wonderfully composed and you have used the perfect aperture to get everything we want to see sharp leaving the rest blurred and soft.

God natural light has added to the texture we can see on the subject and the colours are vivid and strong.

A very fine representative of the Large White family, Alexei.
The exposure is so very extraordinarily well controlled the image gives a three-dimensional effect to the flower as well as to the butterfly.
The colours are a treat to the eyes and the overall composition is one of the finest I have ever seen on TN.
It has been a great pleasure to look at this marvellous image.

Your macro work really is superb. An excellent exposure here and great detail. The DOF is excellent although the POV has helped there and has also provided a clean and uncluttered background. It's nice to see everything in focus, antennae as well. The evening light just adds to the image. Good note too, a complete post from you as always.

Otro excelente ejemplo de tu control de cámara logrado Alexei ofreciendo una aguda y precisa captura donde el encuadre y el punto de vista son estéticamente adecuados.
El DOF elegido permite el enfoque exacto y el OOF posterior que realza el primer plano, ayudado también por la intensa iluminación.
Muy impresionante el nivel de definición alcanzado en el workshop.

Another excellent example of your achieved camera control Alexei offering a sharp and precise capture where the framing and the point of view are adapted aesthetically.
Elected DOF allows the exact focus and rear OOF that it enhances the forefront, also helped by the intense illumination.
Very impressive the claerness level reached in the workshop.
