|I find it difficult to get a good DOF when I focus on the flower, because you have to act quickly before the bumble-bee is flying off again. I guess the flower is a allium sort(?) I've made this one in the garden of Audley End, south of Cambridge. Cropped to get the attention completely to this one flower with the bee. Framed in the color of the flower.|

The flower is very Allium like. A really great shot, although the bee is quite soft. Great composition and framing.
Well done and thanks for posting.
Great shot Liesbeth!
Beautiful colours and composition. Pity that the bumble bee is OOF, but as you saying it's quite hard to capture them.
Anyway, the shot is very nice and I like it.

Good shot Liesbeth of the flower and BB. The BB is a bit soft, and I know what that is like! It is hard to get everyting sharp all over. But good composition and well done.
(I see we have the same camera and lens too. Good one!)

I like this image. The colors and contrast are correct, I think. You have a great capture.
