[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This two year old male Sumatran Tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae)was photographed at Chester Zoo,it is hoped that over the next year or two,Kepala, meaning strong
headed, will be joined by a femail for breeding,Sumatran Tigers are the most distinctive of the living Tiger subspecies, they are the smallest and darkest, reflecting their jungle habitat on the island of Sumatra.possibly as few as 400 exist in the wild where they are threatened by poaching and habitat loss. |

Hello Brian,
This is a beautiful animal! What a look! You managed exposure well with nice details. I would have tried to compose it a little less centered and it would have been nice if you could post it at the maximum size but despite those details, this is a good capture with nice colors. Thanks,
Claudine
What a gorgeous face, his eyes just grab you. TFS
