Starlings are odd birds, most of the time theyíre just plain blackish birds, not really worth a second glance. Then when the sun hits them, itís as if they suddenly transform into a more beautiful bird. I love their iridescent plumage, it always takes me by surprise when I see it, almost like Iím seeing it for the first time.

Hi Ian,
Beautiful shot of this starling: First time I see one so nice on TN. They can be so funny and make strange noises but quite disturbing when they eat all your cherries LOL.
Exelent focus and details.
