[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Bumble bee (bumblebee) that was flying around during our walk yesterday. It was going from flower to flower and wasn't bothered by our camera lenses poking around near it. It just went about it's business.

Quite cute little (big!) things. I probably wouldn't touch one though ;)

Photoshop: Crop (was too scared to use supermacro on this one), sharpening and some very soft blurring of the background to remove some noise.

Hello Nyssa
Excellent shot of this Bumble Bee,
Lovely compo , Fantastic colors,
Great sharpness and POV, Welldone.

Hello Nyssa,
you show a well-focused picture of the bumble bee. Some parts of the insect are very sharp. Depth of field, however, is very 'narrow'. Presumably, a smaller aperture would have been advantageous. I tried a workshop, in particular, to remove non-informative parts of the picture onthe left. I hope that you will like the result.
Best wishes, Peter

Bonjour Nyssa
J'aime beaucoup ces gros bourdons poilus, il y en a plein dans mon jardin. Les détails sont vraiment excellents, les couleurs sont vives, la présentation et le POV sont formidables. La note est également très intéressante.
Merci et au revoir...JP
