Now this is just superb...The pose that you have captured is superb with him all fluffed up and keeping the cold out...Your focus is superb with such a slow shutter speed...and the location with the rocks blending in with parts of his body darker body coulours almost makes this a B+W picture with just the flash of colour from his wonderful red breast...Your choice of frame compliments a fantastic Scene.
this is a very nice and natural pic
u took it in great perfection
i like ur vision

Nice photo in which you can realy feel the cold from outside. Excelen quality of the image despite the fact that light was poor and camera handheld.

Very good capture of this tiny robin!
You caught so well the cold moment, with the ball shape form adopted by the bird.
Well composed and clear details on the picture.

Hi Bev, nice bird with splendid colors and wonderful details of plumage, very well done, ciao Silvio

another great shot of this little chap, especially in this low light. Once again the grey tones mixed with the splash of red colour makes it an eye ctachinhg image. Nice side POV and rocky setting, well done!

I had to come and check out your round Robin out too, he really is cute all puffed up, mine was puffed up in one shot and a total slim jim in the next, Its a lovely pose and a great POV, I like the way all the colours are greys and browns so the orangey breast stands out so well.

I really like this composition with the robin and its beautiful colours against the grey rocks. The orange leaves in the background are a perfect balance for the orange breast of the bird. great focus and POV.

While going through your gallery I find that you are quite attached to robins. Is it the the ubiquity of them or something else.
Tis picture is quite lovely, especially the catchlight. Apart from the image parameters the thickened fur coat looks nice as if it is a ball of a wool.
