Hi Nicholas
Great your first capture of this lovely damselfly!
Perfect light and colors!

Hi Nick,

Great macro of this damselfly.
The detail is excellent, I love seeing the details in the wings.
The colours are nice and bright and the background is nicely out of focus.
Great capture and TFS

Congrats, Nick, you are lucky, I haven't seen a single yet here in Germany - but in Burma at my holidays - and that's not the same.
Excellent arrangement and sharpness, pretty light and colours, thanks

Hello Nicholas,
You have photographed this Zygoptera in very commendable way. The approach is "perfect" in the bug, really is exactly right. This would be a good picture for a book. I think you do as well with insects than birds. An additional point for the environment is a fresh green and visually appealing. TFS, Regards, Jesús

Hello Nich,
A natural and fine composition to show your first Damselfly of this year. I saw the first only today! I like the way the Red damselfly clings to the laef and also the beautiful shape of the laef. Lovely color-contrast too between green surroundings and red Demoiselle.
Well seen!
Kind regards
