A Robin taken at the canel side, he was sat on the fence only a few feet away from me. I had my camera at the ready and fired of 2 frames before he flew away. This is a 30 percent crop of the picture, with a levels tweak and a hue saturation tweak.I know it's a little soft but thats the F2.8 aperture of the lens for you.

Hello Mark,
The robin is one of my favourite birds and you have caught not only his image but his personality! It is a little soft but that in no way detracts from the shot! Nice detail of feathers. I think I would have cropped it a little closer.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

good capture but you could crop off alot of the space around him and maybe half stop lower as the dark background has slightly overexposed the robin, have a look at my robin theme to compare.
