[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On a cold Winters day early this year a pair of Long Tail Tits visited the feeding station at my hide for a mouthful of Lard and Peanuts. This one perched on this dead branch for a few seconds to wipe it's beak and I managed a couple of photo's before they went on their way.
Camera settings:- ISO 100, Spot metering, AV, Manual White Balance (Sun), 1.4x converter, 560mm focal length, Remote shutter cord.

Great sharp image. The buckgroun is homogenous. Maybe you could remowe the stick (from the buckground)from the right side of the photo.
Best wishes

Hi Peter,
Excellent shot, well focused, superb sharpness, great details, very nice DoF, neat BG.

Hola Peter
Un mito precioso, buena composición, color de fondo y nitidez, quizás tiene un exceso de ruido.
Pero es una gran foto.
Un saludo

Hi Peter,
Difficult one to get.
Good detail and sharpness.
Nitpicking: no need...
Is it a big crop?

bonjour Peter,
une superbe image de mon oiseau préféré, il est petit vif et à l'allure fragile. Excellente composition, diagonale bien trouvée, couleur extra. Le WS est très bon.

Hello Peter , very detailed and good comp. and sharpness of this tiny bird , TFS , good weekend.

This is a superb shot of the Long Tail Tit Peter. I have never managed to get a close shot of them. The composition is wonderful set against the soft dof. Great sharpness, detail with great light and colour. Nice pose from the bird. If I see them they tend to be in flocks feeding from tree to tree.
