|This winter has been the hardest for quite some years with freezing conditions for a few weeks. This Blackcap came into the garden looking for a quick meal.|
Its more usualy found in thick undergrowth and bushy woodland. It's nesting area is is in bushes and lays up to 5 eggs in April to July. It feeds on insects and berries especially elder, it is 5in in length.

Nice capture of this cute bird, with good sharpness. The environnement is not very natural. Maybe a wood installation could provide better shots! I made a WS to correct the blue dominance. Best regards,
