Hi Geof, it is a very nice fungi carpet over this tree and moss. They are Coprinus, probably C.micaeus, but can also be C.disseminatus, I would know with a closer look.
Although light was not on the good angle you took very well advantage of it. For my personal taste the branches at the right could be removed.
