[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Good morning.

This is the last in the little group of shots I took of this busy lady in my back garden.

I think the black shiny area by her mandibals is partially digested food.

The blue showing in the BG is a tarpaulin and I loved the way its colours set the area.

You can see here the webbed area is quite untidy around her behind.Maybe she just had excess requirements.

Do you see how her front 4 claws are hooked onto the web? She can feel the smallest adjustment in tension through this and acts immadiately on any movement. I actually watched her pull the web tight with each claw independantly to test the tension. Quite amazing.

a very captivating shot of this spider.
sharp and clear and you managed the BG so well that it make the shot very pleasant and impressive.
