[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I shot this one on my trip to British Wildlife ctre and was trying out the macro facility on my sigma lens.Very happy with the result and surprised someone of my little ability can take this sort of shot.
I didn't get the species of frog so maybe someone can help me with that. Thanks to mojouk for all the help and time spent with me at the ctre,i hope i'm improving.!!
This was on AV priority @6.3 and at 300mm. iso was 200.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Graham,

A very striking shot, the clarity of the macro on the new Siggy is better than I thought it would be. You did a great job on the focusing (not easy at 300mm at half life size on a monopod at f/6.3) the eye really draws your attention. Normaly a narrower aperture would be better for macro but on this occasion I think the small DoF works nicely. The OOF frog in the background almost makes you think he's admiring himself in a mirror. Very well done.

Mark.

PS, your welcome on the advice, I enjoy passing on my limited knowledge.
