Hello Soumen,
This is a photo of a Common Starling, sturnus vulgaris. Taken in difficult light conditions, the eye is hardly visible. Good sharpness.

Hello Soumen,
I see you have captured a European Starling for us today. A nicely focused image showing the iridescent colors in it's plumage. We have many starling like this here in Ohio which love to nest under the eves of old barns and sheds.
The facial features and breast detail are hidden a bit because of the harsh lighting, but a little fill flash would quickly solve this minor problem. TFS.
