|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
Another shot from the -6 frosty morning we had here last week. I wanted to frame the distant tree with the nearby tree branches and capture the nice sky at the same time - I was a little restricted where I could get to for this shot, this was the best I could manage!
It was a beautiful peaceful morning, perfect antedote to the busy day at work that lay ahead for me!
Apologies for any artefacts on this one, it's quite a busy scene digitally and it was a difficult balance between image size and quality level to get the fiel below 200kb. Post-processing was slight levels tweak to bring the sky down a bit, a slight contrast boost, and a mild sharpen after re-sizing. Colours are as they were.
Hope you like it.

what a great scene mate, wonderful composition and beautiful light. The palid colours really speak of winter and the intricate, almost fractal effect of the branches are excellent. The way you have filled the space left by the overhanging trees with that Oak is very well seen too. Really good work, looks like you had a great morning, even if it was followed by work!
