Hi Joe

I was wondering what happened to that...
I sometimes bookmark some posts before going to work, photos that i want to return to and comment and i remember seeing that one was removed and did not exist on TN anymore...now i know why :)

This is another great macro shot of this cute fellow from you!
I see he was very kind and offered you an entire gallery of shots...how nice :)
The details here and the magnification is again great. Is this one taken with the 1.4x extender, too?
Again i see the same nit as before, the DOF, but since this is your first try with you new lens and everybody needs time to adjust, i'm sure you're do a better next time :) You're a smart guy who learns from critiques, i know ;)

Amazing macro of this Jumping Spider showing the eyes so sharply! Great colours too and I like the diagonal composition. Don't you think it's a good idea to put the actual size of it in the note - I often miss this in various posts from our friends here?

I think these Jumping Spiders are my favorites - maybe because your macros are so very good. I love this little fellow with the wonderful eyes and textures. Beautiful macro with great clarity and excellent colors.

Hello Joe,
an amazing close-up portrait and great macro of this jumping spider.
Both, your view and the spider's view are superb.
I think, taking such a picture is not easy.
Coming close to these spiders often results in an 'attack', irrespective of the size of what is coming closer.
They are very vivid animals.

Hi Joe.
You have used a very long lens system (252 mm). As a result the DOF is very shallow. It would be better use ISO 400 and smaller aperture value. However you have got a very impressive portrait of a tiny creature. It is so charming with plenty details and fine colours. I also like wonderful diagonal construction of the image. My compliments and best wishes.
