Hello Paul
A great scenery captured for a great milestone achieved. In my dreams one of the pairs of the footprints on the sand is mine. Thanks for all the wonderful photographs of nature you share with us so unconditionally. Time and time again I have to take a deep breath looking at your work because your photographic abilities are excellent and you always portray the environment around you in such a pleasant and inviting manner. Your images are a feast to the eye.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Paul!
I'm glad you got this one out from your archives. It's really worth a posting. The view of the whole site is spectacular and pleasant, and I like the perspective created by the foreground very much. The colours and the overall impression are so fine... It's a typical and delightful PaulH!
Kind regards
Markus

Hello Paul,
Again a very fine picture with a beautiful vertical composition and very subtle colours. The play light/shadow is very interesting. I also like the way our eyes can follow the footprints..
Excellent!
Best regards

Hi Paul,
Outstanding seascape shot with such lovely colours and bright sunny lighting. Immaculate sharpness and I like your low POV to portray this fantastic scenery. The FG rock is very well place in the frame and provides much depth and interest. Great image from you and I have come to expect nothing less.
TFS.

Hello Paul,
Great shot of Durdle Door and the stretch of beach leading to it taken almost a year ago when you had fine weather. I like the limestone in the FG helping to give the image perspective in this fine composition.
Here its been cloudy and rainy for too long and it's going to continue...:((
TFS best wishes for some shooting weather for you,
Cheers,
Ivan

How well I remember that name...I also remember calling Jane to discuss Durdle Door..at least I am not getting senile!:-)
One of your nice warm pleasing images Paul. It has one of those memory jingling feels to it as though I could actually jump into the image right now..It is a bit cold here but having spent many years prior to the wilds...living on the oceanside..I miss the long sandy walks..well done!

Hello Paul,
You've got a great talent to see what I don't see. I should have walked along this place without any interest in making a photo of it. But you make this place to a exciting place. The quality of this photo is great, like many of your other landscape photos. I admire always the beautiful compositions in it. Thanks. I'm learning a lot.
Kind regards,
Peter

Hi Paul,
This looks like a lovely spot to visit, especially when its deserted.
I'm still trying to work out what a Durdle is though.
Sounds like something Rambling Syd Rumo would sing about, along with nadgers, groats and splong.
A very pleasant image.
TFS
Cheers

Great shot Paul. The foreground rock gives that feeling of presence and nearness while the extended view adds such magnificent depth and drama. All well exposed with fantastic saturation across the board. TFS

Hi Paul
How come you are not going there again? Why dig out the archives? ... lazy boy!... :)))
Just teezing...don't worry :)
This is another very nice presentation of the famous and everso beautiful Drdle Door.
Even if the door itself isn't actually that well visible from this POV, you have many other photos that show it bang on, but i think that the surroundings are the ones represented well here.
Great way of using these white blocks as FG elements - they have very interesting and attractive texture and they look great exposed perfectly as they are here.
Very nice colors on the other rocks, too as well as the sky...typical clean crisp winter blue.
Wonderful work, mate!
Bravo and TFS
Horia
PS: i remember very well standing on that cliff near the door and taking panoramas down from there...good times...even if the weather wasn't quite like in this picture of yours :)!
